Sintering continuous or batch type kilns, hydrogen, nitrogen/hydrogen mix, endothermic, exothermic or special furnace atmospheres. Belt range from 120mm up to 1200mm belt width and working tamperatures up to 1350°C.
Contiblu is our continuous steam treating process and furnace. Available up to 800mm belt width. With in-built steam generator, intergrated post burning of flue gases and thermal deoiling are features of this unique type of kiln.
There are a lot more applications which use SARNES furnaces for debindering, annealing, zinc thermo diffusion coating, carbon sintering, reducing and thermal treating of metal powders, aluminum sintering and heat treatment etc.
